These Terms govern your use of the RightOnce application and related services.
You may use RightOnce for lawful document organisation and filing purposes. You are responsible for reviewing extracted information, file names and save locations before relying on them.
OCR and automatic extraction may not always be accurate. You should review important document information before saving, filing, reporting or submitting it.
Shared Cloud features may depend on Google authentication, Google Drive, Firebase and other third-party services. Their availability and operation may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
You remain responsible for your documents, backups, account access and any filing or record-keeping obligations that apply to you or your business.
RightOnce may be updated, changed or temporarily unavailable from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
