RightOnce respects your privacy. This policy explains what information may be processed when you use the RightOnce Android application and related services.
RightOnce may process account information such as your name, email address and user identifier when you choose to sign in with Google for Shared Cloud features. Device or installation identifiers may also be processed where required by Firebase services used by the app.
RightOnce can scan or import invoices and receipts and extract information such as dates, supplier names and totals. OCR processing is performed on the device. Documents are saved only to the location you choose.
Personal Device mode is designed to work without requiring a Google sign-in. Files saved in this mode remain in the device location selected by the user.
If you use Shared Cloud, RightOnce asks you to sign in with Google and authorise the Google Drive access required for the feature. Files are stored in the Google Drive location selected or authorised by you.
RightOnce uses Firebase Authentication to identify signed-in users for Shared Cloud features and Cloud Firestore for limited coordination data used to reduce filename and sequence conflicts. The app does not use Firestore as the primary storage location for your invoice or receipt files.
RightOnce does not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers only where necessary to provide app functionality, such as Google services used for authentication, Firebase and Google Drive access.
We use reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit and restrict backend access. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
You can request deletion of RightOnce account-related data by following the instructions on our Account & Data Deletion page.
